Isothermal Systems Research R & D Facility

CKA worked with the Port of Whitman County and their principle tenant, Isothermal Systems Research (ISR) on the flagship facility in the Port's Industrial Technology Park. The two story, 40,000 s.f. facility was designed to accommodate ISR's Research and Development Center and 10,000 s.f. of additional shell space for a future tenant in the Technology Park.
The facility accommodates the ISR's research and development operations with a large lab space, open office area for up to 60 employees, administrative area and a large machine shop used for crafting prototype parts and equipment. The operation requires a specialized electrical and data system. The lab space and open office space utilizes a power and data grid located above the ceiling for ease of adaptability in the space.
A landscaped exterior courtyard provides an outdoor retreat for employees.
